Summary

A new neurosurgery-tailored drill (Phasor®) demonstrated consistent and time-efficient burr hole creation for stereoelectroencephalography (sEEG) procedures. This drill offers a safe alternative to repurposed orthopedic drills, with no complications noted in the case series.
