En bloc resection achieved in 66.1%.

Larger tumor size and submucosal injection correlated with piecemeal resection. Tumor size and piecemeal resection independently predicted shorter recurrence-free survival (40.8% recurrence).

Conclusions:

Larger tumors and piecemeal resection are linked to increased recurrence after endoscopic papillectomy.
Improving en bloc resection rates through technical optimization is key to reducing recurrence.
