[Digoxin induced changes in the exercise ECG and its relation to plasma concentrations (author's transl)]

Digoxin (1.5 mg IV) significantly alters resting and exercise ECGs for over 11 days, even with undetectable plasma levels. Discontinue digoxin therapy for at least two weeks before exercise testing to prevent false ischemia results.
