Temporal Coagulation Biomarker Profiles After Andexanet Alfa Use for Procedure-Related Cardiac Tamponade

Andexanet alfa achieved prompt hemostasis in patients with cardiac tamponade and factor Xa inhibitor use. Coagulation biomarkers showed early increases in thrombin generation and later fibrin turnover without thromboembolic events.
