Innovation is vital for healthcare organizations to achieve their goals amid evolving demands and technological advancements. Organizational culture plays a pivotal role in promoting innovation in healthcare settings. This study conducted to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and innovative behavior among nurses working in UAE government hospitals. A descriptive, cross-sectional, correlational design was employed. Using convenience sampling, 162 nurses were recruited from two governmental hospitals in the UAE. Data were collected using a participant information sheet, the Organizational Culture Assessment Scale, and the Innovative Behavior Scale. Participants exhibited a high level of innovative behavior (M = 3.92, SD = 0.67) and organizational culture (M = 3.89, SD = 0.81). A significant moderate positive relationship was found between organizational culture and innovative behavior (r = 0.508, p < 0.01). Socio-demographic factors, including gender and educational attainment, showed no statistically significant differences in organizational culture or innovative behavior (p > 0.05), Furthermore, Pearson's correlation analysis revealed no significant correlations between age, years of experience, organizational culture, and innovative behavior (all p > 0.05). Nurse managers and hospital administrators should establish and enhance policies supporting interventions that improve organizational culture and sustain high innovative behavior.
