Duloxetine-Induced Reversible Central Hypothyroidism: A Case Report.

Duloxetine may cause central hypothyroidism (CeH), a rare condition affecting thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) production. This case showed reversible CeH in a patient treated with duloxetine, suggesting a potential drug-induced effect.
