Summary

Conduction system pacing (CSP) after transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) significantly reduces death and heart failure hospitalizations compared to right ventricular pacing (RVP). CSP also improves cardiac function and reduces QRS duration, offering better long-term outcomes.
