Abstract:
Thailand has rapidly transitioned into a complete aged society, raising concerns about equitable access to healthcare and social welfare services. This study systematically reviews evidence on determinants of access among older adults in Thailand, with a focus on Northeastern regions. A PRISMA-based systematic review was conducted using PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and ThaiJO (2010-2025). A total of 28 studies were included. Determinants were categorized into structural, socioeconomic, health literacy, digital access, and social support domains. Significant disparities were identified in rural and Northeastern areas. Digital health access emerged as a critical factor influencing service utilization. These findings highlight the need for integrated, inclusive, and digitally adaptable health systems to support aging populations.
