Abstract:
A 4-aminothiophenol-modified graphene oxide/gold nanoparticle nanocomposite was used to fabricate an electrochemical aptasensor for CD36 detection with a linear range of 1-30 ng mL-1 (R2 = 0.994), a detection limit of 0.45 ng mL-1, and satisfactory selectivity and reproducibility.
