Purpose of the Study:

• To map the knowledge structure, research attention patterns, and temporal trends in precision oncology nursing.
• To analyze and compare Chinese and English-language publications in this domain.
• To identify key themes and collaboration networks within the precision oncology nursing literature.

Main Methods:

• Bibliometric analysis and knowledge mapping were conducted on publications retrieved from major Chinese and international databases (CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM, WOS).
• Literature screening identified 613 relevant publications from database inception to July 2025.
• CiteSpace 6.4.R1 software was utilized for data analysis and visualization.

Main Results:

• A total of 613 publications were analyzed, with 292 in Chinese and 321 in English, showing increasing output over time.
• Common themes included quality of life, breast cancer, and symptom management.
• Chinese literature emphasized perioperative care and applied nursing, while English literature focused on survivorship, patient education, palliative care, and evidence-based practice.

Conclusions:
