Abstract
None:
A ratiometric FRET sensor using amide naphthotubes (NTs) is reported. A red-shift of the acceptor styrylpyridinium dyes absorption is induced upon NT binding, aligning it with the BODIPY donor emission without crosstalk. FRET is turned off by analyte displacement. Six β-blockers are detected (LOD = 0.23-0.51 µM) and discriminated in buffer and serum.
