Abstract:
A photoredox-catalyzed intermolecular dearomative hydrocyanoalkylation of indoles with oxime esters has been developed, providing efficient access to a range of functionalized indolines in moderate to good yields. Notably, both four- and five-membered cyclic ketone oximes were compatible with this reaction. Remarkably, the practicality of this method is reflected in its broad substrate scope, good functional group compatibility, and mild reaction conditions.
