Intracoronary Imaging Implementation Gap in Contemporary PCI: The OCT2ACT Study

Intracoronary imaging is underused in complex percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) despite its benefits. Operator attitudes, not cost or technical issues, are the main barriers to its routine implementation.
