Oral Ivarmacitinib for Stable Vitiligo: Preliminary Observations from a Three-Patient Case Series

Oral ivarmacitinib showed promising results in a small study of stable vitiligo patients, with significant repigmentation observed in most lesions after 12 weeks. This Janus kinase-signal transducer and activator of transcription (JAK-STAT) pathway inhibitor warrants further investigation for vitiligo treatment.
