Abstract:
Castleman disease (CD), also known as giant lymph node hyperplasia or angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia, is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder that often requires differential diagnosis from lymphoma. Here, we report the findings of 18 F-FDG and 68 Ga-pentixafor PET/CT in a patient with Castleman disease involving multiple cervical lymph nodes.
