Abstract
None:
Colonic diverticular bleeding (CDB) is the most common cause of lower gastrointestinal bleeding. Endoscopic hemostasis plays a critical role in the management of CDB; however, even after initially successful hemostasis, CDB is still associated with a high rebleeding rate. We report a case of CDB successfully managed with a combination of thermal coagulation and clipping. For selected cases, this combined approach may help reduce the risk of recurrence of CDB.
