Impact:
Digital Health Interventions may help transform technologies commonly associated with sedentary behaviors into tools that support physical activity in children with obesity. Their clinical value may depend more on promoting long-term adherence and behavioral sustainability than on producing large short-term increases in physical activity. Personalized and supervised digital interventions may help overcome practical and psychosocial barriers that limit participation in exercise programs.
