Objective:
To reflect on the potential of Constructivist Grounded Theory articulated with intersectionality as a critical methodological and epistemological strategy in the investigation of reproductive injustices.
Method:
Theoretical, reflective study with a dialectical perspective, using bibliographic research as its investigative resource.
Results:
The articulation between the constructivist approach of Constructivist Grounded Theory and intersectionality makes it possible to understand phenomena such as obstetric racism based on the coconstruction of meanings, revealing how race, gender, and class operate relationally in the production of inequalities in reproductive care. This methodological-theoretical integration broadens the analytical scope of qualitative research by incorporating researcher reflexivity.
Final Considerations:
The combination of these approaches strengthens the production of knowledge committed to social transformation, providing support for critical investigations in nursing and public health. Its applicability lies in the possibility of guiding research sensitive to structural inequalities, contributing to the formulation of more equitable reproductive care practices and policies.
