Abstract:
An undescribed pyranocoumarin (1) and a new 4-pyranone derivative (2) were isolated from the roots of Hansenia weberbaueriana. Their structures were established based on spectroscopic evidence from HRESIMS and NMR, combined with ECD calculations. Among these newly isolated compounds, both 1 and 2 demonstrated anti-inflammatory potential by inhibiting nitric oxide (NO) production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages with IC50 values of 58.6 and 45.5 μM.
