Abstract:
A Pd-catalyzed cycloamination of heterocyclic iodides, norbornenes, and di-tert-butyldiaziridinone is described. A wide variety of pyrrole-fused bis-heterocycles can be efficiently generated via cascade Heck/C-H activation/amination reaction processes through heterocycle-norbornene palladacycles.
