Abstract:
Arthroscopic-assisted grafting of the anterior glenoid in instability surgery offers lower morbidity and fewer complications than open techniques but faces challenges in operative field visualization. The 1.9 mm NanoScope (Arthrex, Naples, FL) enables simultaneous arthroscopic views from opposing angles, providing anterior glenoid visualization without camera port switching. This reduces triangulation time and bleeding, and the small size also enables the NanoScope to remain in an anterior portal while additional instruments are inserted.
