Summary

Intraoperative indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence imaging using lower-extremity injection successfully visualized the left common iliac vein (LCIV) in 88.6% of patients during laparoscopic sacral colpopexy (LSC). This safe and feasible technique aids LCIV identification.
