Summary

Nailfold capillaroscopy (NFC) can predict taxane-induced peripheral neuropathy (TIPN) in breast cancer patients. Baseline NFC morphology showed associations with neuropathy severity, with capillary loop diameter (CLD) demonstrating the strongest predictive ability.
