Post-COVID-19 Thyroid Dysfunction and Autoimmune Ultrasound Changes: A 12-Month Prospective Cohort Study

COVID-19 hospitalization can lead to thyroid changes, including subacute and autoimmune thyroiditis, in some patients. Monitoring thyroid function post-COVID-19 is recommended, especially for those with persistent symptoms.
