Summary

A 90° side-cut angle in femtosecond laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (FS-LASIK) surgery promotes faster ocular surface recovery. This angle resulted in fewer corneal flap scars, better early corneal sensation, and reduced dry eye symptoms compared to other angles.
