Summary

Pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) with biofeedback improves incontinence. Adding hip strengthening exercises to biofeedback-assisted PFMT yielded the greatest improvement in pelvic floor muscle strength for women with stress and mixed urinary incontinence.
