Abstract:
Transverse testicular ectopia (TTE) is a congenital anomaly that is described as the descent of both testes through the same inguinal canal. In this case report, we describe the case of an 82-year-old male patient with right-sided TTE found incidentally during an open, right inguinal hernia repair. This case highlights the importance of prompt intraoperative assessment when such anomalies are presented.
