Abstract:
A 72‑year‑old man with low‑to‑moderate‑grade esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) who had previously undergone surgery, thoracic radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy was found to have bilateral cervical lymph‑node metastases on 18F‑FDG PET/CT. The patient then received two cycles of 177Lu‑FAP‑2286 in combination with camrelizumab. The 68Ga-FAP-2286 PET/CT imaging demonstrated significant diminution of the lesions, with no severe adverse reactions observed.
