This report describes the development and impact of a Summer Meals Collaborative (SMC) using a Collective Impact Framework to enhance the reach and efficiency of the Summer Food Service Program. Over 10 years, the SMC expanded both sponsor and child participation, developed cross-sector partnerships, and supported research and evaluation efforts to improve program delivery.
