Researchers developed a novel small molecule-drug conjugate (SMDC) targeting prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) for prostate cancer treatment. This PSMA-Dox conjugate shows selective toxicity towards PSMA-positive cancer cells, inducing apoptosis and offering a new therapeutic template.
