Plasma-based comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) using circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) is clinically informative for metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). This blood test identified actionable mutations, including potential NeoRAS wild-type cases for anti-EGFR therapy.
