Development and evaluation of rizatriptan benzoate orally disintegrating tablets for migraine treatment

Rizatriptan benzoate (RZT) orally disintegrating tablets (ODTs) were successfully developed for migraine treatment. Formulations using Ludiflash® and Pharmaburst™ exhibited optimal disintegration and dissolution profiles, comparable to commercial products.
