This article provides a practical overview of technical strategies for ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal interventions, focusing on optimization of procedural safety, accuracy, and reproducibility. Key aspects include probe selection, parameter management, operator and patient positioning, planning of needle trajectory, and techniques for improving needle visualization. Other adjunctive approaches such as hydrodissection and Doppler imaging are also discussed, together with common technical pitfalls and strategies to avoid them. Emphasis is placed on the integration of technical proficiency, ergonomic setup, and dynamic anatomic understanding to improve outcomes in musculoskeletal interventional ultrasound.
