Abstract:
RuO2 nanoparticles with crystallite sizes of 1-2 nm were synthesised using a rapid and facile supercritical water fluid process. The crystallite size increased slightly with synthesis temperature. The obtained RuO2 exhibited superior oxygen evolution reaction activity to commercial RuO2, and higher activity was achieved at higher synthesis temperature.
