Endovascular hemispherectomy for drug-resistant epilepsy showed limited success, requiring a salvage hemispherotomy. This case suggests endovascular destruction may not effectively replace traditional surgical hemispherectomy or hemispherotomy for treating hemispheric epilepsy.
