Abstract:
This observational, analytical, and retrospective individual-level study utilizes real-world data to generate evidence. We analyzed a cohort of 228 patients with multiple sclerosis from Valencia, who were monitored for up to 27 years. Our study assessed relapse-free survival rates across six different disease-modifying therapies and identified risk factors for relapse using Cox proportional hazards models.
