This study identified key risk factors for systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) after oral cancer surgery with microvascular reconstruction. Preoperative leukocyte count and intraoperative blood loss are significant predictors, while dexamethasone may be protective and ibuprofen increases risk.
