Individual interactions play a crucial role in the co-evolution of consciousness and epidemics. In addition to the traditional pairwise interactions, higher-order interactions are also an important way for information dissemination. Meanwhile, differences in cognitive levels among individuals lead to heterogeneity in individual information volume, which affects the conditions and strength of information interactions. However, the existing models usually assume that information interactions are always effective and neglect the influence of individual information volume on the spreading process. Therefore, this paper constructs a UA1A2U-SIS model with individual information volume, in which both positive and negative information are incorporated into the information layer, and information volume thresholds are used to characterize the conditions for interactions to occur. The results show that higher-order interactions can promote information diffusion. Improving individuals' cognitive levels toward positive information and lowering the threshold for positive information dissemination are beneficial for suppressing disease spreading. This research provides a new theoretical reference for understanding the role of information dissemination in epidemic prevention and control, as well as for optimizing public health strategies.
