Abstract
None:
Self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) in inverted perovskite solar cells suffer from poor uniformity and inadequate anchoring stability. The incorporation of benzophenone-based additives into SAMs enhances the uniformity and band alignment, yielding a champion power conversion efficiency of 25.70%.
