Abstract:
A wild strain collected from the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region underwent morphological observation and molecular biological identification, followed by an investigation into its biological and cultural characteristics. The results identified the strain as Agaricus sinodeliciosus, with an optimal nitrogen source of cow manure at 10 g/L and an optimal carbon-to-nitrogen (C/N) ratio of 30:1. The suitable temperature range for mycelial growth was 21-27 °C, with an optimal pH value of 7. The recommended stock culture medium comprised 53.86 % wheat, 1.74 % lime, 4.4 % cow manure, and 40 % straw fermented material, with a pH of 7.5. The optimal medium for cultivation consisted of 30 % corn straw, 23.5 % corncob, 45 % cow manure, and 1.5 % lime, with a C/N ratio of 30:1, a pH of 7.5, and 65 % moisture content. A. sinodeliciosus can fruit through three cultivation methods: soilless, soil-covered, and frame-based cultivation. This study explores and optimizes the biological characteristics and cultivation conditions of A. sinodeliciosus, providing a reference for its large-scale production.
