Abstract:
CT-guided lifetime planning in severe aortic stenosis. Preprocedural CT should guide not only valve implantation, but the first lifetime treatment decision. In patients with longer expected survival, CT can identify whether TAVR-first is likely to preserve coronary access and future TAVR-in-TAVR feasibility, or whether SAVR-first should be considered when surgical risk is acceptable.
