[New concepts and methods for future clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion]

The clinical research system of acupuncture and moxibustion has gradually developed and matured to a certain scale, but there is still a large space for improvement. This paper summarizes the new concepts and designs of clinical research, emerging in recent years, including "patient-centered" clinical study and digital clinical research, as well as the design methods like master protocol and enrichment design. The related contents that can be adopted for reference in clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion are expounded, to provide enlightenment and reference for future clinical research and drive the innovation and improvement of clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion.
