Sulfide solid electrolytes are promising for ASSLBs but suffer from instability and interfacial issues. A controlled surface oxidation strategy is proposed for Li6PS5Cl to form a core-shell structure, enhancing stability while retaining high ionic conductivity. The modified electrolyte enables stable long-term cycling performance in ASSLBs, providing a feasible route for high-performance solid-state batteries.
