This preliminary exploratory study evaluated the analytical performance of two different brand of viscoelastic coagulation analyzers in real-time blood samples from ten anonymous patients were analyzed on both devices, and the results were compared using Spearman correlation, Wilcoxon paired testing, Passing-Bablok regression, Bland-Altman agreement analysis, and Lin's concordance correlation coefficient. Systematic biases and variable concordance were observed across several parameters, indicating that the current exploratory dataset does not support direct numerical interchangeability between the two platforms without further testing in larger groups. As new platforms enter the global market, method-comparison studies using agreement-based statistical frameworks should be considered.
