Background: Nationally, about 50% of adults are diagnosed with an STI by age 25. Stigma, discrimination, and low awareness heighten HIV/STI transmission among young adults. We report on "OctoberTest 2023," a multi-college campaign to improve HIV/STI knowledge, reduce stigma, and increase testing access. Methods: Participants included Attendees and Contributors from 16 community organizations, two local health departments, and four colleges. Surveys from 18 Attendees and 29 Contributors were analyzed, and reflections from lead organizers were coded in NVIVO. Results: In total, 114 Attendees were tested for HIV/STIs. Surveys showed 86% of Contributors felt the event aligned with their mission, 90% saw it as positive for students, and 88% were interested in future collaborations. Findings highlighted challenges in implementation, support, and logistics. Conclusion: OctoberTest engaged students in HIV/STI education, testing, and anti-stigma efforts. Results highlight the need for strategic timing, communication, and collaboration to enhance impact on college campuses.
