Abstract:
Reactive gingival lesions are benign, tumor-like proliferations that commonly involve the gingiva and arise due to chronic irritation or inflammation. The primary treatment is complete excision of the lesion, which, along with appropriate adjunctive measures, helps improve healing and reduce recurrence. This case series presents three cases of reactive gingival lesions managed by diode laser excisional biopsy with adjunctive curcumin gel and/or photobiomodulation (PBM). The diagnoses were confirmed by histopathological examination.
