Abstract:
Breast and prostate cancers share notable similarities in their progression to invasive disease, providing a unique opportunity to uncover common mechanisms of malignant transition. By integrating volumetric reconstruction with multimodal spatial profiling, Storrs and colleagues revealed the precancer-to-cancer transition as a continuous three-dimensional process and identified shared molecular programs associated with invasion.
