Abstract:
Plasma activation reconstructs a Mo-modulated NiFe MOF precursor into a conductive multiphase heterostructure with abundant heterointerfaces. The reconstructed catalyst exhibits low overpotentials for both the HER and OER, enabling efficient and durable overall alkaline water splitting.
