Abstract:
A Zn-assisted RuCo phosphide/MXene heterostructure was constructed through MOF-confined growth and phosphorization. Benefiting from the conductive MXene scaffold, Ru/Co phosphiderelated active domains and Zn/ZIF-8-assisted dispersion control, it delivers η10 values of 121 mV for HER in 0.5 M H2SO4 and 330 mV for OER in 1.0 M KOH, with 48 h durability. An asymmetric alkaline electrolyzer using Zn-RuCo-P/MXene as the OER anode and Pt/C as the HER cathode was also demonstrated.
