Abstract:
Bimodal porous hollow silica spheres (BPHSS) incorporated into green-solvent-synthesized 6FDA-durene mixed matrix membrane increased CO2 permeability by 363.7% to 3779 Barrer at 40 wt% loading, with a CO2/CH4 selectivity of 10.3, plasticization resistance up to 40 bar, and only 8% permeability loss after 90 days.
